Virginia Off-Road is looking to partner with various off road groups in the Commonwealth. As a partner, we would work together on elevating the off-road community!

With a partnership, we help provide a a way for you to grow your local community and bring your brand to a statewide level in the process. Plus, as a partner, we will offer your members discounts on joining the Virginia Off-Road Community and also provide you with freebies to give away to your group or should you want to have a promotion, we’ll donate the product and even drop ship it to a winner!

As a partner, we will often mention your brand, include you in the local directory and when possible, help mention any events, news or general insights you want to share.
Blogging
We’ll also blog about your brand and showcase it witin the VAOffROad Community. Any news, events or promotions your group is doing, we will let the community know!
Discounts to your members
We’ll provide a 50% discount to join annually should any of your members want to join our community. In addition to a discount, we’ll also send your members a special badge with your brand embedded in ours.

We’ll also on occasion have products that were donated to us (or we purchased at cost) in order for you to giveaway on your own club or group.
Use it in any promotion, giveaway or general thing as a prize your brand is doing.

Tax Deductible
When your members join VAOffRoad, they are making a donation to a registered 501c3. So if they donate $1 or $1,000, they get a tax break!
We email them tax deductible reciepts for their records.
Custom Branded Badge
We will place your goup name on our badge and it’s special too. Only members of your group get your branded badges, however, they look like the general member badge, so they are easy to identify others from across teh state.
Discounted Merch
We can also help develop custom merch like hats and tee’s and offer them to you at cost with no markup. If you want your badges brand to be on a hat or tee, we’ll work with you on getting them. Plus when you do it’s also tax deductible for you or your group.
Annual Event Booth
We are also planning a lare scale annual off-roading event in 2026, when we do, we will offer you a 10×10 booth at no charge to you.
