The New River Valley Adventure Riders is an open Facebook group serving as a gathering hub for motorcycle and dual-sport enthusiasts in Virginia’s New River Valley and surrounding regions. It welcomes riders of various stripes—including dual-sport, ADV (Adventure Touring), and motocross—and facilitates connections for shared rides, route planning, and adventurous excursions. As one post simply puts it, the group is a “Meeting place for everything Adventure riding in the New River Valley and surrounding areas”. The group was established to unite local adventure riders and foster a community around exploration and shared riding experiences Facebook.
