As a 501c3, Sponsorships and Charitable Contributions are the backbone of our funding, helping to keep the organizations wheels turning.
First, what’s the difference?
Sponsorships and charitable contributions are both valuable ways to support organizations, but they differ in intent and benefits. Sponsorships typically involve a business providing funds or resources in exchange for marketing or promotional opportunities. In contrast, charitable contributions are donations of money or goods (in-kind donation) made without the expectation of receiving a direct benefit in return.

RATES
Four Sponsorship Types
We have various programs at Virginia Off-Road and we offer sponsorships for each one. Marketing materials include the website, newsletter emails to the group, a number of social media posts and any printed materials like banners, flyers and the like. The year starts the first of the next month you make the payment to Virginia Off-Road and lasts 12 months.
Cleanup Program
Sponsoring the cleanup program gets your brand posted on the cleanup page, in all marketing materials related for one year.
TrailMaster Certification
Like the cleanup program, your brand will be the sponsor for the program, posted throughout the guide and marketing materials for one year.
Trail Sponsor
You can sponsor a specific trail on our website, and your brand will be part of the trail badge for that year. We will design a new trail badge with your logo included for that year.
Off-Road Park Sponsor
As an Off-Road Park sponor, you will get your brand posted on signage in the park as well as an obsticales course sign with your brand. This is peremenant signage. Marketing materials will be included with you brand for one year.
Your brand will also be featured on all event promtional materials too, such as annual events like Off-Road shows, if we setup a event booth, printed banners, tee shirts for special events/programs and the like too.
