We are seeking various sponsors to help fund our non-profit. We have a big heart, a lot to offer the off road community and we could use a little extra help in the process.

Since April 2025…
We’ve started to see a huge increase in the number of people joining us and what we stand for in our 501c3. While still small and new, we average 42,500 each month in our social reach, have over 1,400 followers betweenour social media pages and groups and have already surpassed 1,900 volunteer hours, yes, 1,900!
And it doesn’t stop there, in just a short amount of time we’ve blown our own expectations with the number of donations and members donating on a monthly basis.
Membership by the numbers
Our membership…
has reached more than halfway with our annual goal of 500 members, currently at 253 as of August 1st 2025. Our ultimate goal is to have more than 1,000 active members within the Commonwealth by the end of 2026.
We’ve also had a lot of those members complete classed with many more in progress of completeling them! From our in person Off Road 101 class to the many virtual courses we offer, education is at the forefront of our non profit.
Finally, as members complete courses, trails and classes, they can eran badges for their off roader. Since May 2025, we’ve given more than 180+ and the number continues to increase each month.

We have 4 pillars at Virginia Off-Road, each with a different approach to trail stewardship and education. Below are a little more detail about each pillar you can sponsor and what that entails.
Trail to Recovery (Vet Program)
Our vet program is designed to bring vets together and build comradery while honoring their service for our country. Sponsors will get their brand put on a tee shirt, logo and link on the T2R page, logo and link on the page, regular mention in our social and email as well as an article about your brand too.
Edcuational Courses
We offer many educational course for newbies to experienced off roaders. An annual sponsorhip of this includes your brand backing one of the courses, brand placed on a special tee shirt for the members, logo and link on the page, reaguler mention in our social and email as well as an article about your brand too.
Community
Our community grows on a daily basis and sponsorships can intertwinded with our badge program, our volunteers in the form of tee shirts or other swag, community events that we do like trail meetups or gatherings.
Programs
Finally, you can be a sponsor of one of our programs, like the new Off-Road Park that we have setup in Bedford, Virginia. Sponsors can proudly suport the park, a trail on our Adopt-a-Trail Program or our Trail Rescue program.
Your brand will also be featured on all event promotional materials, including annual events like off-road shows. This includes event booths (if applicable), printed banners, t-shirts for special programs or events, regular mentions in the email newsletters, socila media and more.
Your brand will also be placed in our private member portal where you can showcase a discount or freebie for members.
