Compliance With 501(c)(3) Laws

DD214 and 501(c)3
As a 501(c)3, requesting a DD Form 214 is a necessary part of their intake or eligibility process for the Veteran arm of our non-profit. This verifies that a person served in the military and is eligible for the organization’s programs. 501(c)3 rules only allow us to verify the status of an applicant, we remove or delete that information once its verified and we do not copy any of the form into our organization.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Effective Date” at the top will indicate the latest version.
