Where2Wheel & Virginia Off-Road Join Forces: A New Era for Off-Roading in SWVA is Coming
Roanoke, VA – 8/5/2025 — Two powerhouses in the off-road
world—Virginia Off-Road and Where2Wheel—are teaming up for something big.
A new off-roading spot is in the works in Southwest Virginia, and while we can’t give away too much just yet, here’s what we can tell you: this partnership is built on a shared mission to educate, empower, and unite the regional off-road community like never before.
This collaboration marks a major step forward in off-road stewardship and education in SWVA, laying the foundation for more accessible, responsible, and fun experiences across the region. Together, we’re able to offer a place to comfortably and legally enjoy the sport—while advancing safe vehicle/equipment operating and recovery education and providing new opportunities for adventure. Our intent is to provide a safe space where the off-road community can grow and connect, keeping environmental stewardship and Tread Lightly principals a top priority.
